Water is the basis for life. It is second only to oxygen in importance for health, making up to 75% of the body. Every cell depends on water to perform its essential functions.

Proper hydration allows the body to:

  • Flush toxins.
  • Maintain system equilibrium (balance).
  • Support brain function.
  • Maintain hormone balance.
  • Perform metabolic processes (including fat metabolism).
  • Achieve healthy skin.
  • Transport life-giving vitamins and minerals.
  • Support the integrity of muscle, joint, and bone in our bodies.

When we adequately hydrate our bodies we perform at our physiological peak.
