Eldorado Spring Water's Preparedness & Response

Dear Valued Customer,
Over the past couple of months, our top priorities have been to continue to supply our communities with the very best natural spring water, while focusing on the health and safety of our customers and employees.
We want to thank you all for your trust and giving us the opportunity to continue to serve you. We want to thank all of the caregivers and essential workers that are working so hard every day to keep our communities safe and supplied. Our hearts go out to everybody who has been affected by COVID-19.
Preparedness & Response
The Task Force managing our response and working to address immediate needs continues to meet on a regular basis and is making adjustments to policies and best practices as needed throughout this pandemic. The team continues to closely monitor state and local health department guidelines in order to develop action plans for our employees, our customers and our communities.
Thanks to your support, we have been able to make a commitment to donate at least five thousand cases of Eldorado Natural Spring Water and 10,000 lbs of food to local food banks and non-profits and many of our vendor partners have also graciously made donations of supplies to help make this happen.
Health & Safety
To ensure the safety of customers and employees, we continue to take the following steps:
- We will continue to follow enhanced cleaning procedures.
- We will continue to enforce social distancing requirements, ensuring all individuals remain a minimum of six feet apart.
- We will continue to require that employees wear cloth face coverings when in public.
- We will continue to require daily wellness checks, including a temperature screening, for all employees at the beginning of each shift.
- We will continue to limit non-essential visitors to our office and manufacturing facility.
- We have directed all employees not to report to work if they have symptoms that are consistent with the CDC coronavirus guidelines and to seek medical help.
- We have implemented an additional sick policy to help employees with time off during the pandemic.
Keeping our employees, our customers and our community safe is our top priority.
In order to keep the physical contact between our drivers and customers to a minimum, we have enacted the following procedures:
Residential Customers
As we noted previously, we have instructed our drivers to no longer enter your home for delivery. Please leave your empty bottles out the evening before your delivery, or early the morning of, and we will pick-up and deliver to your porch/front door.
If you do require assistance with your delivery, please contact our Client Services team at
303-604-3000 to request in home spring water delivery. For customers needing in home delivery, we will be able to accommodate you but we will require the following confirmation:
- You will wear a face covering over your nose and mouth while our service personnel is in your home.
- You will maintain a minimum 6’ distance from service personnel at all times.
- You confirm that nobody in your household has tested positive for COVID-19 or has exhibited COVID-19 related symptoms in the last 14 days; including a fever of 100.4 or higher.
Business Customers
We have instructed our delivery staff to wear a mask, practice social distancing and to keep interactions to a minimum. If you would prefer to have our drivers leave your deliveries outside or to a location with less traffic, or if your temporarily closed business is planning to reopen soon, kindly give us a call at 303-604-3000 or email customerservice@eldoradosprings.com to let us know.
