Boulder does so many things well, including celebrating the 4th of July, and you should declare your independence from another evening at home by attending this spectacular celebration each year.
This year the free event at Folsom Field included live music and recently switched from fireworks to a nighttime drone show. Leave it to the creative thinkers in this innovative city! The incredible choreography of shifting shapes was truly a sight to behold.
It’s typically easy to get to the event using the free bus service, which means you don’t have to worry about finding parking. One thing that can be a concern, however, is becoming dehydrated on a warm summer evening. Fortunately, there’s always plenty of Eldorado Natural Spring Water available. Be sure to get some before the show starts!
